Our online store has been specifically designed to simplify the ordering process for our clients.  The products we offer are in accordance with the merchant shipping and fishing vessels (medical stores) regulations 1995.  To assist you, we have indicated the quantity you must carry alongside each product listed to ensure you conform with these rules.

As well as our usual phone and fax ordering facility, our online ordering system has the benefit of being accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  You can browse our entire inventory of stock and submit any orders directly.  The store operates without any pricing structure in place.  Upon placing an order, you will have the opportunity to ask for a quotation only.  If you choose this option, we will contact you with this as soon as possible after receiving your order.  You may also submit a direct order without us sending you a quotation first (if for example, you are already a regular customer).  Our prices are very competitive and we can assure the best possible deal for all.

For ease of use, the store has been divided into 3 main sections: A, B & C, according to the category of vessel which you will be ordering for.  Additionally, if your vessel carries dangerous goods, there is a list of additional products which you must also carry.  These have been listed separately from the 3 main sections and can be found by clicking the link in the list below.

Additional products for standby vessels are available in a secure area of our site.  To access this section of our store, please phone/fax us to request a username and password.  Once you receive this from us, enter the store by clicking the link in the list below.

Category A
Category A vessels are classed as "seagoing or sea-fishing vessels with no limitation on length of trips".  If you are ordering for a Category A vessel, please enter the section of our store here or click on the Category A title above.
 

Category B
Category B vessels are classed as "seagoing or sea-fishing vessels making trips of less than 150 nautical miles from the nearest port with adequate medical equipment".  This category is extended to seagoing or sea-fishing vessels which make trips of less than 175 nautical miles from the nearest port with adequate medical equipment and which remain continuously within range of helicopter rescue services.  If you are ordering for a Category B vessel, please enter the section of our store here or click on the Category B title above.
 

Category C
Category C vessels are classified as "harbour vessels, boats and craft staying very close to shore or with no cabin accommodation other than a wheelhouse.  Lifeboats and life-rafts are also required to carry Category C stores.  If you are ordering for a Category C vessel, please enter the section of our store here or click on the Category C title above.
