Established in
the early 1900’s, our Company has been providing its services to
the local community for over 100 years. In 1945, the shop
changed its name to Douglas Dickie Chemist, and the shipping
supplies branch was set up. Initially, we only supplied to
fishing boats, but this gradually changed to include supply
vessels and later, in the 1970’s, oil support vessels.
We have a team
of experienced and helpful pharmacists fully trained in the MCA
regulations & procedures relating to ship medical supplies and
are available to do ship surveys. As well as dealing with
UK vessels, we
also have a great deal of experience supplying to the Norwegian
shipping industry. |
